DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL
Our recently renovated hotel is in the green and quiet part of Lignano Pineta, 250 meters from the private beach place (with parasol, beachchair, beachbed and changing room) and 100 meters away from the city centre, near to the thermal bath.
All rooms, our restaurant, our TV space, our bar dispose naturally of air-conditioner.
The hotel disposes of a wide garden and toys for children, a cash terrace in the ground floor, two sunroofs (one in the first one and one on the second floor), a private car park, two TV spaces and a lift.

THE ROOMS
The rooms have a pleasant balcony, air-conditioner, telephone and bathroom with shower and WC.

THE RESTAURANT
To begin the day we offer coffee, milk, tea, bread, brioche, butter and different marmalade sorts, mixed cuts, cheese, corn-flakes, fruit juice.
For lunch and supper we offer a choice dishes (pasta, fisch and meat courses), a rich lettuce Buffet, ice-cream, cakes, fresh fruit, fruit salads.
